Xavier Villegas was born and raised in Houston, Texas. This has given him an opportunity to build an extensive network and form close relationships with local businesses and people. He became a licensed real estate agent in 2019. "Helping people understand the real estate process and guiding them to their goals in my focus." Xavier enjoys showcasing and exploring with clients the diverse architecture that Texas has to offer from Craftsman-style bungalows to ultra-modern high-rises. Xavier's experience hasn't always been in real estate. He spent over ten years as a business litigation paralegal before following his passion for real estate. It is only natural that Xavier was able to combine his love of Texas, contracts and helping others to develop into a successful Realtor®. As a real estate professional, Xavier keeps himself well informed of all the latest tech trends and area developments to ensure he is bringing his clients the best service he can. Most of all, Xavier knows how to do the research and leg work to either find the home or sell a home for you. His knowledge of the area and drive to help his clients reach their goals really sets him apart from the rest. Xavier is married to his lovely wife, Vanessa, who shares his affinity for Texas and Family. Together they enjoy raising their three children Deven, Merrick and Joaquin in the same community he serves and wants to continue to help and grow.
