Nick helped create Ai Realty to fill a void in this space and build a forward looking tech-enabled brokerage company. With his background of 3 million square feet of development, construction and commercial real estate brokerage experience, he knows the complexities of doing business in our Houston market. Nick brings 20 years of experience in the public and private sectors to serve our agents and our clients.

Nick earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in early 2019. The institute describes the CCIM pin as designation conferred to recognized experts in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate, and earned by just the top 6% of professionals across North America. Nick holds an active Texas Real Estate Broker’s License and is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, and the CCIM Houston Gulf Coast Chapter. Nick graduated from Texas A&M University with B.S. Engineering in Industrial Distribution in 2013.

In addition to his work with Ai Realty, Nick is also managing partner of Rifle Real Estate Company, a fully-integrated commercial real estate brokerage and land development company. He is also an active volunteer with community organizations like United City Church in Humble, the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, the Houston A&M club, and is a Leadership North Houston alum.
